👨‍👩‍👧 Terms & Conditions for Students & Parents (PakAider.pk)

1. Accurate Information Required

• Parents/students must provide correct details such as address, class timing, subject requirements, and student level.
• Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the service.

2. Trial Class Policy

• One trial or demo class may be provided (if offered by tutor).
• After the trial class, parents must confirm if they wish to continue regular classes.

3. Payment Rules

• The service activation fee of PKR 2,000 must be paid before tutor assignment.
• The monthly tuition fee is paid directly to the tutor after class confirmation.
• Service fee is non-refundable once tutor allocation begins.

4. Safety & Home Environment

• Parents must ensure a safe, respectful environment for tutors.
• No harassment, abusive behavior, or unsafe conditions will be tolerated.
• A responsible guardian must be present in the home for underage students.

5. Punctuality & Class Timings

• Parents/students must ensure the student is available at the scheduled class time.
• Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to discontinuation of service.

6. Respect & Behavior

• Tutors must be treated with respect at all times.
• Any disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service.

7. Class Monitoring

• Parents may observe classes respectfully from a distance.
• Recording classes without tutor’s consent is not allowed.

8. Feedback & Complaints

• Parents can report issues or concerns to PakAider.pk anytime.
• Feedback is used to ensure quality and professionalism.

9. No Direct Hiring Outside Platform

• Parents are not allowed to bypass the PakAider.pk platform to hire tutors privately.
• Doing so may result in blacklisting from future services.

10. Class Rescheduling & Absence

• Classes can be rescheduled with mutual agreement.
• Uninformed student absence may count as a completed class.

11. Termination of Services

PakAider.pk reserves the right to discontinue services due to:
• Misbehavior
• Non-payment of fees
• Unsafe or disrespectful home environment
• Repeated violations of rules
