📘 Terms & Conditions for Home Tutors (PakAider.pk)

1. Professional Conduct

• Tutors must maintain respectful and professional behavior during all sessions.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate suspension.

2. Punctuality & Attendance

• Tutors must arrive on time for every session.
• In case of unavoidable delay or absence, the tutor must inform the parent at least 2 hours before class.

3. Lesson Planning & Teaching Quality

• Tutors must follow the agreed teaching plan based on student needs.
• Homework, assessments, and progress reports should be provided when requested.

4. Confidentiality

• Tutors must keep all student information and personal details confidential.
• Sharing student data with third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Safety & Ethics

• Tutors must teach in a safe, respectful environment.
• Physical punishment, verbal abuse, or unethical behavior is strictly forbidden.

6. Payment & Fee Structure

• Tutors must clearly communicate their charges before starting classes.
• No fee increase is allowed without mutual agreement from the parent.

7. Class Rescheduling

• Classes can be rescheduled only through mutual agreement.
• Frequent cancellations may result in removal from PakAider.pk.

8. Use of PakAider.pk Platform

• Tutors must provide accurate qualifications and verification details.
• Fake profiles or misrepresentation leads to immediate termination.

9. Trial Classes

• Tutors may offer one trial class (optional).
• Once confirmed, classes must begin as scheduled.

10. Feedback & Monitoring

• Parents may report issues to PakAider.pk.
• Tutors must cooperate with feedback, evaluations, and quality checks.

11. No Outside Dealings

• Tutors must not take clients outside the PakAider.pk platform.
• Violation may result in a permanent ban.

12. Class Environment

• Classes must be held in a calm, distraction-free environment.
• Mobile phone use during class is not allowed, except for teaching purposes.

13. Termination of Services

PakAider.pk reserves the right to terminate a tutor’s profile for:
• Repeated complaints
• Misconduct
• Low performance
• Violation of platform rules
